Room Prices vary based on the number of participants, the room chosen, and depending on discount days, the day you choose can also impact your price. Generally prices vary between $20 - $28 per participant.

Our Escape Rooms aren't designed for a group of kids to complete together. They can be pretty challenging. Kids from ages 8-12 are encouraged to play along with their families. Younger children are welcome to come but may be bored during the experience. All participants under the age of 18 will have to have a waiver signed by their parents. Children 5 and under are free. Children between 8-12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Due to Covid-19, all bookings are now private. What does this mean? This means that nobody can join in on your room. There is also a minimum number of 3 players. If you have less than 3 players then you will still have to pay for at least 3 players ($75).

Yes. All participants are required to fill out a liability waiver prior to their Locked Away Escapes experience. Participants under 18 must have their forms signed by a parent or guardian. Waiver's will be filled out on location prior to entering the escape room.

All bookings and games are non-refundable. Cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals will not be reimbursed. To ensure a positive and fun gaming experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your time slot. If you must cancel due to an emergency please let us know and we can change your booking to another time. All rescheduling must be made 72 hours prior to game time.

Locked Away Escapes has a game master who monitors the rooms. If you get stuck, you can request a hint from the game master monitoring your experience. Whether you choose to receive hints is left to your discretion.

Dark or Confined Spaces: Some rooms may simulate dimly lit or confined spaces, which could be unsettling for those with claustrophobia or fear of the dark.

Loud Noises: There may be sudden, loud noises or unexpected sound effects that could startle or distress individuals sensitive to auditory stimuli.

Jump Scares: Our escape rooms may feature jump scares or sudden appearances of characters/props, potentially causing anxiety or fear in some participants.

Physical Activity: Some puzzles may require physical dexterity or movement. Please ensure that you are physically capable of participating in such activities.

Simulated Hazards: These rooms may include simulated hazards like smoke, flashing lights (EPILEPSY WARNING), or fake weapons. These elements are for entertainment purposes only but may be distressing to some.

Challenging Puzzles: The escape room experience can be mentally challenging. Participants may experience frustration or stress during the process.
